Gas
Fixed

To find your rates, check your contract
Evergreen
In accordance with its terms, this type of contract will automatically renew at the expiry date, if you do not serve a termination notice within the time stipulated in your contract. On renewal, we will re-reference the pricing and provide you with new rates. Evergreen Gas Terms and Conditions
Default
If your contract expires, you have not agreed a new contract or renewal, and you continue to be supplied by us, then the terms of your original contract will apply, but you will be charged on the Default Contract Rates. Gas Default Rates
Deemed

Electricity Default Date Calendar
If you have a flexible purchasing contract, you have the ability to buy your electricity using various purchasing options.
Each of these purchasing options is available until a defined trading deadline, known as a default date.
The Electricity Default Day Calendar is a reference table which defines each default date for seasons, quarters and monthly delivery periods, within your contract.
